At Newcastle Banners, we take pride in the quality of our print and service. However, as all our products are custom-made, returns are handled under specific conditions. Please review the following carefully before making a request.
1. What Qualifies for a Return?
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Clear print issues, such as smudges, misalignments, or production defects

Incorrect sizing or product type that does not match your confirmed order

Missing finishing elements (e.g. hems, pole pockets, or metal eyelets)

Attach clear photos taken from around 2 metres away showing the problem
📌 We cannot process returns without visual proof. Each return must be reviewed and authorised by our team before moving forward.
2. Damaged Parcels at Delivery
If your order arrives with damaged outer packaging, we strongly advise that you refuse the delivery.
Accepting visibly damaged goods implies acceptance of the condition in which they were delivered and may void your right to request a return for physical damage.
3. Return Shipping Responsibilities
If your return is approved:

We cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit
Please note: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfilment error on our part.
4. What Can’t Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:

Orders reported more than 24 hours after delivery

Products with approved artwork that includes spelling, layout, or design errors

Delays caused by courier services

Colour variation within 10–15% tolerance range

Items returned due to subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., size looks smaller than expected)

Banners with no manufacturing defect
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
5. What Happens After the Return?
Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection:

If a fault is verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full/partial refund based on the issue

If the product is found to be without fault, it will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be offered
